Technobot, Cat Feeder & Entertainer

At age 11, during the summer, I saw an announcement about the LEGO Robotics Contest. I decided to challenge myself by participating in the LEGO Enthusiast Building Competition to create a Superbot with a LEGO Mindstorms kit. I came up with an idea of TECHNOBOT.

Technobot is a SMART cat feeder and an entertainer. It will keep your pet happy and fed. When we travel, we cannot always take our cat with us. He gets very lonely and mischievous, which is why we have built him a “SMART” companion.

Technobot uses 2 EV3 Lego Mindstorms bricks, three large motors, and 2 IR sensors. It detects the cat, dispenses food, and follows the animal. Our cat likes his new best friend.
